The following policy outlines the practice we follow when protecting the personal information which clients have entrusted us with.
At structural calculations, we take a very strict approach when protecting our client’s information. Only our authorized employees have access to client’s records.
We also have a very strict procedure in place when disposing records. We will shed any paper records and permanently delete any computer records 12 months after completing our design.
We will never disclose any information to any 3rd party.
In some cases, however, often by law, we have to disclose client’s details when required by the government to assist in any case of criminal activity.
Clients have the right to access their own personal information, if this is required please do email us and allow us up to 14 days to respond this of course will be free of charge.
WE WILL NEVER SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
